Summary: Collection consists of the papers of: Randall Davey, his wife Isabel H. Davey, and his sister-in-law Kate H. Cullum (in her capacity as chairman of the Randall Davey Committee Inc). Included are: correspondence, primarily familial (Holt and Davey families), 1918-1981; newspaper and magazine articles pertaining to Davey's professional career and family, 1869-1985; exhibition catalogs from various Davey shows, 1963- 1984; the private notes and writings of Randall and Isabel Davey; and miscellaneous letters. Correspondence includes the papers of Kate H. Cullum concerning the Randall Davey Committee Inc.'s efforts to create a Randall Davey museum and park in Santa Fe, New Mexico, 1972-1981. Randall and Isabel's private notes and writings consist of his notes on painting materials and techniques and her prose and poetry. Miscellaneous papers include the diary of Kate G.H. Cullum, address books, guest books, genealogical materials, and various other personal papers concerning Randall Davey's education and Isabel H. Davey's family (the Holts).
